Jess is a city girl while Tristan is a country boy through and through. But these two knew there was something special right from the start.
They met at uni where they were both studying architecture. "We became really good friends, passing notes to each other in lectures and things just grew from there," Jess says.
And although, in the beginning, they wondered whether their backgrounds were too different, "we've met in the middle. I've learnt about gardening and he's civilised a bit", Jess jokes.
